HETA CRM

About

HETA's CRM was commissioned to replace the company's existing SAGE system, to work in partnership with their new website to track revenue, sales targets and availability of courses, and to help streamline their booking processes.

The CRM is built using Laravel 5.4 with a JSON API which is consumed by both the CRM and the frontend website to provide a seamless experience between the client-facing website and the CRM for internal use.

The CRM automatically delivers emails to the appropriate members of staff and customers when specific application events occur.

All table views are fully exportable as XLS spreadsheets and imports are available from the same format where applicable.
