AAK Intranet

About

AAK's intranet was built to streamline their internal HR processes. This has been done primarily by the development of an online form system.

Custom forms can be added by the client with any combination of field types and rule sets that specify which group of staff can complete the form and which members of staff need to review the form before processing can begin by their HR team.

As completed forms find their way through the system, the appropriate people are notified about the need to review and approve a staff member's form by email. They can then log into the intranet to review the form and allow it to move onto the HR team to be actioned.

Members of the HR team can add notes, attach documents, change the status of and assign members of staff to the completed forms.
